History
CEO and Corporate Executive Chef Brad Toles was pleased to announce the arrival of his culinary team and catering company, Savoury's Good Earth Cuisine to the Palm Springs Area and the entire Coachella Valley in 1997. Savoury's recently renewed its exclusive contract with the Palm Spring Convention Center.
New Mexico born Chef Toles began winning honors in 1984, taking first place at the Junior Culinary Olympics. He has since taken is Olympic Teams, Team California on to win Gold Medals at the 1992,1996 and 2000 Culinary Olympics in Germany. Chef Toles has been honored at the CHEF OF THE YEAR for Southern California by Chef's in America and the National Executive Chef's Association.
Prior to the formation of Savoury's Inc., Chef Toles gained positions of increasing responsibility. By age 21, he became Executive Chef for Red Lion Inns. He carried his expertise across Southern California when he became Executive Chef of the Queen Mary, and then of The Hollywood Park Racetrack and Casino. Chef Toles founded Savoury's in 1994 and along side his talented team, handles all aspects of operations from menu development, food purchasing and production, to personnel and cost management. His passion for excellence, creative energy, and tireless work ethics drives Savoury's total team performance.
Savoury's Team has received tremendous accolades since arriving in the desert to service party guests,large corporate groups and elite clientele including former President and Mrs. Bush, The Kraft Nabisco Championship Gala, Microsoft and many others.
